My advisor was professional and responded with any concerns. However, at checkout there was not a question of “Do you have any questions about your invoice”, or “Can I provide you an explanation”, e concerns. However, at checkout there was not a question of “Do you have any questions about your invoice”, or “Can I provide you an explanation”, etc. just that is where you can insert your credit card! I had to inquire about where the paper work was from my inspection. The overall attitude is very disappointing… and it always filters from the top down. More
