They are very respinsive to my needs. I needed a new battery, which they got to and installed in 2 hrs while I waited. Great service and attention from the staff. Disappointed this last time due to communication issues. The email link was not working for additional work/suggestions, work done does not updated Disappointed this last time due to communication issues. The email link was not working for additional work/suggestions, work done does not updated on system thus I keep getting reminders and phone contact with service reps is too hard (they depend to much on the system and do not answer phone calls). Again, best I have been in Houston, just this last time I had these Communication issues. More

Great attention from Victoria who made the buying experience a pleasure. She was very attentive and willing to work with me. I was disappointed to the dealer though, since I went for a specific ca experience a pleasure. She was very attentive and willing to work with me. I was disappointed to the dealer though, since I went for a specific car they had on their website, which I was told by the GM that was available, to find out only 2 minutes from arriving that it was a new car transferred to their service department. The dela I got was worse than the one I got online. More
