Usually the service is top notch but not this time unfortunately. The car still had the check engine light issue for which I brought it in. I also asked for a car appraisal to see if it would be worthwhile to trade it in. Never got an appraisal either despite being told they would send me one More

Jessica went out of her way to assist me with an issue. She got a mileage extension for me on the loaner so I could visit an out of town relative and was always prompt when responding to my queries.
