This was my first time working with Jairo as my service advisor - he was absolutely fantastic! The car was being serviced as a routine maintenance, but the techs found a bigger problem with oil leakage fro advisor - he was absolutely fantastic! The car was being serviced as a routine maintenance, but the techs found a bigger problem with oil leakage from the engine! Jairo was great about explaining to me what the problem was, as well as the solution and cost. He kept me apprised the whole way (and provided the tech's complete maintenance report). Two disappointing experiences: the trade in valuation (tried a ridiculous, unprofessional low-ball, but Frank was very helpful teaching the features.
