Great service. Took a little longer than anticipated but we had a loaner so it was fine. Marty kept us up to date on what was going on with our car and i appreciated that. Everyone at the dealership is always very friendly and helpful. They explain what needs to be done, why, how long it will take, and the approximate cost. After OVER A $1000 REPAIR BILL THE CAR NOW SOUNDS LIKE A MACK TRUCK. CAR WAS NOT PROBERLY TUNED. NOW THE CAR HAS DEVELOPED A MAJOR OIL LEAK AS A RESULT OF THE POOR SERVICE. GIVEN THE PROPER DIAGNOSIS THE MACK TRUCK. CAR WAS NOT PROBERLY TUNED. NOW THE CAR HAS DEVELOPED A MAJOR OIL LEAK AS A RESULT OF THE POOR SERVICE. GIVEN THE PROPER DIAGNOSIS THE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. COMPLETE INCOMPATENCE CAUSED THE PROBLEM. More
I am very satisfied with the MB of Hagerstown! Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown service center, due to the fact that they make me feel "at home" and provide better service (in terms of lower prices, shorter wait periods, and better workmanship). I only rated the overall experience a "3" because I did not find the service area waiting room at all acceptable. The carpet is filthy - I mean really filthy. The bathroom looked like something out of a Sheetz convenience store. The chair I sat in was broken and my laptop fell on the floor when I sat it on the pull-up arm table. The TV was not on (maybe broken too?). One of things I enjoy about taking my car to HBL in Tysons is the luxorious accomodations while waiting for serivce. Other than that - the experience was fine. Christine was awesome. She was spot on with my list and my vehicle was ready when promised. Although my initial appointment was not "on the books," she stepped up and covered the visit even though there w my vehicle was ready when promised. She had my list of items and acted as if my issues were her issues. I felt a level of certainty that she would properly see to my vehicle. She also had a great sense of humor (when appropriate). Everyone I encountered introduced themselves and were quite friendly and personable. I never felt lost throughout the process, which I cannot say that about the Mercedes Dealership where I bought the car. Which is why I chose to bring my C300 to you. Thank You! More
Overall Experience- Alex has been trying to help us get this car staighten out but, this is the seventh time this car has been in for underhood noise issues. Every time I contact Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown I always get fabulous customer service. My husband says that I like to be "pampered". I say, "Yes, I do" and that's what Mercedes Benz does. I feel like the service department is trustworthy and would not take advantage of me adding things to the service that really isn't necessary. They call and talk things over with me before doing the extra services. I appreciate that. More
