While traveling from FL to NY we experienced a a running fan issue. We phone this dealership and spoke to a service advisor who help diagnose the problem. When we arrive at 4:30pm a mechanic was waiting for us, took the car in and 45 min. later we where back on the road. Also, Kristin help secure a a local hotel that would accept our dog, made the reservation for us, printed directions. We are so impressed. If we where not in a hurry to get to NY we probably would have purchased a new car. Who knows we might just stop there on our way back to Fl. I would like to think that all dealership would treat travelers this way, but, I am not sure. That being said we are very happy for the treatment we received. Hats off to all the staff. More
I called to get my car serviced, and it was picked up the very next morning. Bill picked my car off and dropped it off. He is a wonderful person and a true asset to your dealership. My car was repaired quickly and efficiently. So far, every time I have had to do business with this dealership, I couldn't have been more pleased. I bought my car there, and I have it serviced there. I highly recommend this dealership to people, and at this point, I plan on buying all of my future cars there and having them serviced there. This dealership is exceptional! More
As always, I had another pleasurable experience at your dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly. I had extensive work done, (brakes, rotors, etc.). I feel the price, although not cheep, was reasonable. When it looked as though my car would not be completed in one day, I was offered a loner car and told to not be in a rush to return it. Bring it back the next day at my leisure. The 2 ladies in the office where I paid for my work and where I received the keys to my rental car were very accommodating. Alex, the gentleman in the service dept. is so easy to work with and as he always is, very,very friendly. It is always a pleasure to bring in my Mercedes for service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
My 1999 SLK230 had been my deceased wife's beloved car, and I use it only infrequwntly and mostly in good weather. Consequently, it suffered some difficulties from sitting undriven rather than from overus and I use it only infrequwntly and mostly in good weather. Consequently, it suffered some difficulties from sitting undriven rather than from overuse. Your service personnel handled the car at least as well as if it were their own. Its primary needs such as a new battery, an oil change, and new struts for the trunk door were handled beautifully and with reasonable cost. They also diagnosed several additional issues that warranted attention now or soon, and brought these to my attention honestly and without undue pressure. Meanwhile, all personnel were polite and attentive, offering me a loaner car or additional courtesies, such as picking up a sandwich for me for lunch when I decided I preferred to stay and read a book while my car was serviced. I enjoyed the company of several other satisfied customers during the time my car was taken care of and returned to me with a good wash, in decent time, and at a fair price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a new customer. More

Adam and Alex are always very helpful. Adam was able to keep my informed of the status of my repairs through email and was even able to send me a pdf file of the work that was requested. The caliber of service was great. They were efficient and finished the job in the amount of time and for the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. My car would not start and was 100 miles away from the dealership. They were great in getting my car back to Hagerstown, and gave me a vehicle to use! To Whom It May Concern: Our 20 year old daughter, our baby of 7 children, is a 2'nd year student honor student at Mt. St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD. Kara, beyond being a tremendous student is a baby of 7 children, is a 2'nd year student honor student at Mt. St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD. Kara, beyond being a tremendous student is an exceptional young woman and mature beyond her years. As such, and in wanting to provide the safesty vehicle that I own for her useage while at school I have provided my 2000 E-300 Mercedes-Benz. The vehicle has always been well maintained by a shop that I trusted for regular service and top to bottom check prior to Kara taking the vehicle to school in late August. Hopefully through coincidence of bad timing and not oversight the vehicle broke down while Kara was on the road near school while heading to Washington, DC to attend a literature/writers seminar. To compound this burden that was placed on Kara exclusively, my wife and I were on vacation in Aruba at the time and communicated via skype. Her search for local repair facility led us to Mercedes-Benz of Haggerstown based not just on proximity to Kara's school but through customer rating of your service facility. Kara arranged a service appointment with Kristin Golabek from your service department and coordinated a time to have her vehicle towed by AAA to your shop. I was contacted by Kristin via e-mail so that I was in the loop. Kristin was most understanding of our travel predicament and the need to be kept abreast of the nature of repairs. I was then referred by Kristin to service adviser, Adam Himmelwright. Both of these employees provided up to the minute information on the nature of our vehicle's service requirements. I quickly developed confidence and trust in Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown through these two individuals. The majority of my contact was with Mr. Himmelwright and highly commend his professionalism. Safety issues with the vehicle were brought to my attention beyond just the cause of engine failure while Kara was driving the vehicle. Everything was repaired in this regard. The repair took an extended time to repair through difficulties encountered in removing transmission casing bolts due to excessive corrosiveness on the undercarrriage and delay in obtaining parts. As such the E-300 was in in your shop for over a week and a loner/replacement or rental was not provided or suggested. I was not overly concerned that our student did not have access to a replacement vehicle, other than for emergency situation that fortunately never arose, but it might be something I would inquire about in the future if extended time was required for repairs. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of service we received at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and have instructed Kara to return to your facility for all normally scheduled service for the vehicle while she attends Mt.
