Friendly Profressional Service and Staff I was happy to have Matthew Bayer as my sales consultant. Quite honestly, I am not trusting of anyone in car sales because of prior bad experiences I was happy to have Matthew Bayer as my sales consultant. Quite honestly, I am not trusting of anyone in car sales because of prior bad experiences so I was apprehensive about such an expensive purchase as a Mercedes Benz. I was still shopping around when I spoke with Mr. Bayer about a car of interest, which I ultimately purchased. Most impressive to me was his great communication and responsiveness to my questions and concerns. For example, I had a delay with my registration due to my out-of-state license and he called me regularly, and appropriately, with updates which was calming. I was very appreciative of his updates because I felt well-informed of the status and wasn't left to think the worse. He made the transaction painless, pleasant even! I was so happy to see my car when I entered the dealership. This was a great car buying experience. Thank You Matthey Bayer and Mercedes Benz of Greenwich! More
