Terrible customer service. Receptionist was very rude and was having a hard time understanding why State of Connecticut extended expired licenses for everyone 6 months and on top of that wasn’t wearing a mas was having a hard time understanding why State of Connecticut extended expired licenses for everyone 6 months and on top of that wasn’t wearing a mask either. The salesperson was terrible too and couldn’t explain anything about the car and had an attitude problem. We were getting the sense that we weren’t welcome there maybe because of the color of our skin or how we were dressed. Overall we were extremely disappointed with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone we know. More
