Horrible! ! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Traveled from Pennsylvania to CT to buy a CPO Mercedes Benz.. Let me share my horrible experience. First, I u ! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Traveled from Pennsylvania to CT to buy a CPO Mercedes Benz.. Let me share my horrible experience. First, I used their own website for a trade in value on my Mercedes. I had an 18 GLE 43 in immaculate condition. I had received 3 estimates on trade in value from 3 different dealerships all $5,000 above than what Mercedes Benz of Greenwich actually gave me. Since I was traveling from out of state they took full advantage of me coming to buy a car because they knew I was not traveling home without buying.. That set the tone for the experience. Anthony Polisena absolutely took advantage Second - I was not given the chance to view the car prior to signing because it was in the detail shop as soon as I got there??? I could only go based on pictures posted and from what I could see it was in great condition. Tim Healy assured me there was no problems with the car but were just cleaning it up for me. No damages were listed and it was supposedly certified pre-owned so I figured a high end car should be in VERY VERY good condition(That's was not the case) After waiting several hours for the car I purchased to be ready I was told they had to Re-paint a portion of the bumper? There was no communication on this prior to my arrival and no mention of the bumper had to be re-painted prior to purchase. The paint job was sub-par and looks like they just quickly air brushed a section of the bumper after quickly sanding it. Paint does not match the rest of the bumper and also the bumper was not correctly re-attached after removal.( Yes I have pictures to prove it ). Moving on - The car arrives from the detail shop and I notice 3 of the wheels have been quickly painted MATTE black and only the right front wheels is original paint(semi-Gloss). Now I have 3 wheels with quick cheap - touch up paint job and one wheel that looks great(original). This was very disappointing. Salesman Tim Healy was there to witness my displeasure. They tried to tell me to get the original wheel re-painted to match the 3 MATTE wheels when i get back to PA and they would re-imburse me for the expense. I would rather have the wheels back to original finish since MATTE wheels lessen the re-sale value. This was not offered to me nor was a replacement of the wheels. Third - now this is where it gets interesting - I ask for the "flower key"/ special wheel nut in case i have a problem traveling home to Pennsylvania. Tim drives me over to the service shop in my purchased car and consults the srvc manager on what they could do for me. The service manager try to match up a socket/ wheel nut for me to have and this is when we notice the LEFT REAR WHEEL WAS LOOSE!!! YES LOOSE!!!! How is the car CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED with a left rear wheel that was LOOSE!!!!! I could only imaging losing a wheel and risking my life on my way back to Pennsylvania. I could of DIED if this wheel came off while driving. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! How does a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz go out of the shop with a loose wheel??????????? Needless to say I had the technician RE-TORQUE ALL THE WHEELS IN FRONT OF ME so I knew they were on tight. All I can say was this vehicle was absolutely not gone over properly and I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! Fourth, I was told an alignment was performed at the dealership as part of the CPO(Certified pre-owned) and would drive straight. Upon my travel back to Pennsylvania the vehicles steering wheel sat at 3:00 o'clock and if you tried to straightened the wheel it would almost make a left hand turn. I had have this corrected at a local Mercedes Benz dealership in Pennsylvania. The service manager agreed with me that the car was very poorly prepared as a CPO, alignment was not done, bumper was not attached properly, Wheels were botched on the off-black matte paint job, and the worst part = 1 wheels was actually loose. I would like to absolutely be contacted (by upper management at Mercedes Benz of Greenwich) regarding my experience and also my problems rectified. (specifically the bumper and the wheels). I will continue to share my experience with others so this happens to no one else who is looking to purchase vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Greenwich. More

Just like a Mercedes, the service was top class and far exceeded all expectations one may have when approaching a dealership for a vehicle. I was in the market for a GLC300 and the Mercedes sales team made exceeded all expectations one may have when approaching a dealership for a vehicle. I was in the market for a GLC300 and the Mercedes sales team made it a seamless transaction. Anthony Polisena the sales manager was very knowledgeable, courteous, and transparent with the vehicle purchasing process. A true expert in his field. Jay was my sales representative that took care of everything start to finish with honesty, integrity, and openness to negate all the negative stigmas of a salesman, which was more than appreciated from a consumer standpoint. No gimmicks, no nonsense, nothing to hide... just how Mercedes stands by their product, so does this amazing team at Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich. I cannot thank Anthony and his team enough for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail the whole way through. Shout out to Vic on the finalized paperwork to get me in the car SAME DAY to take home! I'm officially a Mercedes owner for life now. Thank you again and ask for Anthony or Jay when coming in, you will be more than pleased with their services. Thank you. More

He gave me the total price via phone and increased in dramatically when I visited there adding unreasonable fees. They also procrastinated the DMV processes, and I haven't got my plate (it's been three months). He barely responded to my phone calls, and when always hang up saying he will call me back, which never happened. The WORST experience. More
I had the displeasure of dealing with Mercedes of Greenwich and I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience. I am a resident of Massachusetts and was willing to go to Greenwich CT to purchase Greenwich and I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience. I am a resident of Massachusetts and was willing to go to Greenwich CT to purchase an 80k vehicle, however I was unable to reach an agreement with the dealership. I was told that I had to pay sales taxes to the dealership in order to finalize the deal and that the money would be refunded to me pending proof of payment in MA after I registered the vehicle myself. The funds were to be returned to me after three weeks which I find an unacceptable time frame considering that those funds were to be retained in order to follow a protocol that is in place according to them. Matt ( the sales advisor that I dealt with ) insisted that there was no way around this process and that I would not be able to pick up the vehicle until this process had been followed. This would translate to two trips to CT which would have represented 7 hours of driving on each occasion. I offered to pay for the vehicle up front wire the money and have the vehicle brought to MA on a flatbed and despite my many attempts to make this deal happen I met with obstacle after obstacle. First saying that I had to sign the paperwork in person next Massachusetts does an issue temporary plates which they do because I have them on my vehicle now that I purchased. I ended up paying more money for a comparable vehicle in MA after enduring much frustration dealing with this dealership and wasting my time. I even spoke with Claudio the finance guy who was very arrogant and spoke to me like I didn’t matter and they didn’t care about making a sale or the customer. Then Matt the sales person had the audacity to call me and asked me that I not write a bad review lol. I wish they put as much effort into trying to make a sale I can't stress enough how much aggravation these negotiations caused me. I am glad that I ended up finding a vehicle in MA. Despite the fact that I had to spend more money, the entire process was infinitely better. -- ______________________________________________ More
