As we have stated in previous messages with you JS, we will not comment publicly on your case due to legal involvement. We would however like to address your statement "MB of Greenwich just responded to my posting, 5 MONTHS AFTER I POSTED IT!" We have always been focused on customer service and have recently expanded our efforts to address comments made online. It is our goal to ensure that all of our customer's receive exceptional customer service and that we address any concerns made online or offline, however, given the circumstances and our previous offers and your acceptance of those offers it makes little sense to continue the discussion in this forum.

MBOG - You posted incorrect and misleading information expressing concern and asking me to contact Lou Liodori, as if you were unaware of the issue and were initiating a response to resolve it. Had you not posted a statement meant to mislead other readers of this forum and to deprive them of accurate information, I would not have had to respond to correct your comments. It is fair and proper to correct the record so that other people will not be deceived by your comments. Your response on this forum was 5 months after the initial post and the issue has yet to be resolved. Any inference to the contrary by you or your representatives is false and misleading. As such, it serves to deprive the public of accurate information. I will correct each and every instance of this behavior as soon as I am made aware of it. My suggestion is to stop posting any comments that do not accurately reflect the facts and then I will not have to spend my time correcting them.
