I bought a Lexus LS460 from this dealership. I purchased this car online and asked the dealer if there was any body damage to the car. Once I received the car, there was body scratches to both side of the c this car online and asked the dealer if there was any body damage to the car. Once I received the car, there was body scratches to both side of the car. The dealer stated that he didn't see the damage but it was clearly obvious and he decided not to say anything. Then he said that they would cover the cost of repair to the damage of the car but after me calling a bunch of times over a period of six months, Tim Judge always gave me the run around. I would definitely not do business with them again and I suggest that you go to a dealership with more integrity and better customer services. More
I purchased a C300 In December 2011, and the car came with only one key, I was told by the sales person that the key will be fedexed to me the folowing week, since then i have been calling the dealer shi with only one key, I was told by the sales person that the key will be fedexed to me the folowing week, since then i have been calling the dealer ship every week and have been told the key was mailed to your house did't you get it, I ordered it you will receive it, I have it with me i will mail it to you, My Sales Manager (Steve has it Please hold i will get it from him, Call me in the morning i will have it for you, etc etc etc. I called the dealership today and spoke to John Matthew who transfered to Steve and his mail box was not set up and could not accept amy messages at thios time It's been 2 and a half months and i yet have to see my second key, Is this the service that is provided by a certified MB Dealer, Bottom line i need my key and I want it now. Please Help. More

We were looking for a late model S550 and recently purchased one at MB of Greenwich. It was an excellent experience and we were totally satisfied with the result. Steve, our Sales Advisor, was knowledgeable about his product, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We are very fussy people, detail-oriented and we do our homework in situations like this. We had a short list of items to be corrected and they satisfied us on each and every item. One instance involved a small amount of painting, and Steve indicated that he was not happy with the result, even though we had not detected it. They redid the work. When we took delivery, Steve gave us an in depth review of the car and programmed it to our needs. The Sales Manager, Business Manager and everyone else there went out of their way to insure that we were happy and satisfied customers. All in all, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely purchase another car from them. By the way, this will be the 6th MB we have owned. More

I made the mistake of buying a 2010 Certified Pre-Owned car from this dealership. When I picked it up there was damage on the rear bumper that was not present when I originally agreed to buy it. They said they would fix it and I trusted them because my sister and brother both have bought cars at this same dealership. It has been SIX WEEKS and it is still not fixed!!!! I asked them for my money back and they will not agree. I feel like I am trapped in a nightmare and can't wake up. Please let me know if you have had similar experiences and how to deal with it.
