I have always said that mistakes will happen, but the key is how you handle them! Yes, there was an issue but this dealership stepped up to the plate, and made it right. I had sat in the service department f is how you handle them! Yes, there was an issue but this dealership stepped up to the plate, and made it right. I had sat in the service department for about an hour and didn't even get what I needed done, and yes I had an appointment. I just needed to get a replacement key. The service manager called me personally and kept following up to make sure the situation was rectified. These guys, came to my house, so no more of my time was wasted, and then didn't charge me for the replacement key. I was so upset, at the time, that I had told my husband I wasn't going to buy another Mercedes. Well, this situation changed my mind completely!! Thanks to everyone over there who helped to get me my key! More
