Probably the worst experience I've had with a service dept. I had an appointment at 9am and sat in my car in the service line for 40 min before any service assoc. acknowledged me. They had no idea what kind of coverage my car had (I bought it at this dealership) and they told me it would be another two hours just to look at the nail in my tire. They also have no loaners available unless you book six weeks out. I've had BMW's and Lesus' all with the best service the entire time I owned the car. If you want a Mercedes (and I do love the car), maybe try a different dealership. More

I am absolutely appalled at the unethical treatment I received as a long-time customer of Park Place. I have purchased 5 cars from Park Place over the past 25 years, but you have LOST MY BUSINESS foreve received as a long-time customer of Park Place. I have purchased 5 cars from Park Place over the past 25 years, but you have LOST MY BUSINESS forever. I do not appreciate the gaslighting routine and sales speak going in circles nor do I appreciate being sent to voice mails in order to avoid following through on the promise made in order to obtain the sale of my current car. I specifically asked if the pre-paid service could be transferred to my current car purchase and was assured that it could be. My husband was with me and also heard the conversation. Mercedes is refusing to honor their commitment now that it’s time to service my new vehicle. Mercedes/Park Place has decided to keep $3,400 for no particular reason other than this is “their policy.” They absolutely have the power to apply this as promised and I was told pre-paid service “used to be transferrable” but can no longer be applied to the next car. I WAS LIED TO IN ORDER TO MAKE THE CURRENT SALE. SHAME ON YOU PARK PLACE AND SHAME ON YOU MERCEDES FOR ALLOWING THEFT! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE AND I WILL LET ANY AND EVERYONE I COME INTO CONTACT WITH KNOW ABOUT THIS DISHONEST BEHAVIOR! This is not over! More
