One of the standout features of this dealership is their accurate and transparent inventory. Everything listed online is actually available, and the detailed information provided through Auto iPacket, including configurations and interior/exterior photos, made it incredibly easy for someone like me who prefers researching online before reaching out to a dealer. Since I live 250 miles away from the dealership, I handled the entire negotiation process online via email. Jake Myers was exceptional throughout the process—professional, patient, and quick to respond to my questions. Even though I never met him face-to-face until the day I picked up the car, he made me feel like a valued customer. Jake provided all the information I needed and worked with me on pricing, which made the process smooth and straightforward. In fact, I only had to make one call to the manager to finalize the deal. When I arrived to pick up the car (just before the holidays), the dealership was busy, but everything ran like clockwork.
