The service rep is not to blame. I purchased a new 2005 E320 cdi in 2005. I have spent $8000 plus in maintaining my 3 year old vehicle. Two service reps at Park Place Mercedes confirmed I purchased a lemo E320 cdi in 2005. I have spent $8000 plus in maintaining my 3 year old vehicle. Two service reps at Park Place Mercedes confirmed I purchased a lemon but Park Place will not stand up to it. Please know my experience with Mercedes has been horrible and the public needs to know the dealership will not honor lemons after the warranty runs out. Consumers beware! More

I asked why it took 51 miles on my car to check out the volume control on my slk350, the answer was "well, we have to drive a long way to make sure that it was working correctly, and it was a 36 miles or s volume control on my slk350, the answer was "well, we have to drive a long way to make sure that it was working correctly, and it was a 36 miles or so roundtrip." O.K. so what happened to the additional 15 miles? Oh , I don't know anything about that" answered by the service manager. Two huges scratches on the back wheels from this service. "I will fix them for you if you give me 100% satisfaction on the survey", said the service counselor. What a joke, I will never go back to this dealer again. I rather drive an extra 20 miles to another dealership than to go back to these people. More
Wow! It's so refreshing to have a dealership treat you as if they are maintaining a relationship beyond a single sale. My husband and I buy a new car each year. This is our seventh Mercedes, five from P as if they are maintaining a relationship beyond a single sale. My husband and I buy a new car each year. This is our seventh Mercedes, five from Park Place Mercedes within the last three years. What a great experience, again! The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, not only with regard to current vehicles, but more importantly for clients like my husband and I who are true Mercedes enthusiasts, they provide you with some insight into future models. Autospies is a great web site, but there is no replacement for true professionalism like you'll experience at this dealership. A++! More
Park Place Midcities is ABSOLUTELY the WORST MB dealership in DFW and possibly the world. I have an SLK and ML320 from them and had an C230 sportcoupe on order.

First, my original ML320 engi dealership in DFW and possibly the world. I have an SLK and ML320 from them and had an C230 sportcoupe on order.

First, my original ML320 engine had difficulties and the car was bought back by MB after 1 month. Then as I was picking up the second ML320 from one of it's many services (and just returned the Toyota camry loan car) when I went to trade the ML320 in for a ML430, while crusing the parking lot, I accidentally ran (at 4 mph) into a parking median and dented the passesenger side fender. The car was immobilized at the dealer. They REFUSED to give me back the loaner I had just returned minutes earlier saying it was for warranty service only. So I am stuck 45 miles from home with no car. They made me call a taxi ($75 BILL). While waiting for the taxi, it is 6PM and they close the dealership and make me wait OUTSIDE (like a dummy) for 30 min in the Texas sun in July!!! Long story short, the ladder frame was damaged and the xxx ML320 was totalled by the insurance company. and I now drive a BMW X5 4.4 sport...AWESOME CAR!

Secondly, I was first in the wait list for the C230K sportcoupe, they screwed up/lost my order and said I would have to wait 8 months after the 1st car (which was supposed to be mine) was delivered to someone else! So my son randomly calls the Park Place in Dallas and they have the same car available in the exact specifications as the one I ordered and I picked it up the next day. Thank you Cindy in MB (now in Porsche).

Now I buy all my MB's from Ewing Autohaus in Plano. Shawn Nowroozi is awesome.

Please do youself and the world a favor and NEVER purchase a car from Park Place Midcities EVER..so they will go out of business and/or have the franchise sold to someone who gives a xxxx about their customers.

More
I made the mistake of thinking the Internet Sales team at this dealership would give me the lowest price with the least amount of hassle. They quoted me a price that was later undercut by a showroom salesm this dealership would give me the lowest price with the least amount of hassle. They quoted me a price that was later undercut by a showroom salesman. Also, the Internet folks offered me much less for my MB trade in than Kelley Blue Book suggested. Again, a showroom salesman offered a better trade value.

Still, it wasn't enough to sell me on a new car through them. When asked about their lower trade-in offer as compared to Blue Book online, they said that Blue Book Online values are "probably 3 to 6 months old!" What?? I don't think Kelley Blue Book Online would stay in business if their values were not current.

Too bad there are not more MB dealer choices in the area. Park Place Mid-Cities just doesn't seem too eager to retain customers. More
Disappointed in the sales tactics now used. Not like Mercedes should be. When you are spending this much money on a car, you should be treated very well and not as another way to make more commission. Mercedes should be.
