I just bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz C Class 250 and it was a great experience. I typically don’t like the car buying experience but my sales person Joey Edwards was awesome. No pressure at all. Russ sold me my first Mercedes; I trust his honesty, extreme knowledge of features, and genuine concern for my interests when I'm buying a car. I can count on him to help me if there are any issues regarding my cars after my purchase, too, which is peace of mind for me. The service manager Russ placed me with is Cris Zamora, and I couldn't be more pleased. Cris is very thorough and the most personable service manager I've ever dealt with. Corey was knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all he was genuine, which instills trust in your sales consultant. I never felt like he was trying to xxxxxxxx me, and he was also ta=ransparent about what was genuine, which instills trust in your sales consultant. Russ ensured we got the best deal available and we got exactly what we were looking for, in additon to a minimum amount of time negotiating and closing. We were in and out within a few hours and the follow through towards our next visit was also handled in a courteous and professional manner. The relationship didn't end with the paperwork and I am convinced this dealership is serious about doing business with us in the future. This is the fifth car I have purchased in the last 8 years from this dealership. I will never drive anything other than a Mercedes. I had to deal with the Fort Worth dealership last year for a service related issue when MB wouldn't tow to your previous office in Bedford since I was 2 blocks from the FT/W location. Although their service department was adequate, the service department of the Grapevine dealership is absolutely excellent. I was used to having the finances done by Andrei Martine, since he was promoted I dealt with John who was also great. I recommend your dealership for service and Don for anyone that wants a new car. The best way to explain how much I value and appreciate the treatment I ALWAYS receive from anyone at Park Place Grapevine that I come in contact with is to ask how many of your customers have bought 5 cars in 8 years AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, how many of your customers bring home baked desserts to the staff including the service department...... I came in on 12/28 to bring baked goods and visit for the holidays and left with a new car! As usual, an unplanned purchase once Don told me about the new features of the ML350 which I have wanted for a couple of years. Thanks for having such a great team. More
