This was my first Park Place experience, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I was interested in leasing a C-Class and was able to handle most of the details over the phone with Doug. Mike in the finance group was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions confidently and quickly. I am loving my new car and would recommend Park Place to anyone looking for a new Mercedes. This was a overall 5 until about 10 minutes ago. My car buying plans were "brought forward" primarily because of the professionalism and overall experience with Park Place and Joey in particular. However,Joey's promptness in getting in touch with me after I made enquiries on line went a long way in wining my confidence that I was dealing here not with a rapacious car salesman but a professional. His manner was always easy to deal with, not overbearing , thorough and quite amiable. He has been most accommodating and has gone well beyond to complete this sale without me even thinking twice.
