Val is awesome! I have not purchased a vehicle in 8 years, so I was very apprehensive to say the least. She was patient and kind as I navigated the process. Don’t go there, simple three words. First everybody reading this review will think how can one person say don’t go when hundreds of customers visit there. Well the experience could be different of each individual. Most are more impressed by bigger and nice looking dealership then their issues. In my case I am only concerned about my problem with this dealership. I bought a car spending over $100,000 with additional warranties on my car from same dealership 6 months ago. I am back over there with the wheel problem which should be covered under additional warranties but first they gave me run around that we will order wheel which will take time and now they are not sure that my warranty will cover the wheel or not because it’s a third party whose warranty they sold but not can’t cover it. This is a shameful act form them. Their service asst manager told me five times in one conversation that they are too busy so we have to wait weeks before getting my wheel fixed. And now after three weeks my car sitting in the garage still waiting to get my car fixed. This is a shameful act of them. I will never recommend any one to buy a car when they lie on their words. Don’t buy any warranties as they will do the same as they did to me. More
