Excellance at its best! Last year when I was car shopping, on a whim I went to Estate Motors never dreaming that I would be able to afford a Mercedes. Well imagine my surpri Last year when I was car shopping, on a whim I went to Estate Motors never dreaming that I would be able to afford a Mercedes. Well imagine my surprise when i met with Layne Sohan and found him to be extremely knowledgeable not only about Mercedes but also about All makes and models of cars! We spoke for a while Layne got to know what features and type of car I was looking for, then he started showing me his inventory, needless to say his professionalism and knowledge impressed me! He also stressed how safe Mercedes are built. I bought a certified pre-owned car the very next day! Not only Layne but Bob and Anthony went to work and secured a great loan with a monthly payment that didnt break the bank! Fast forward to 11 months later: I was in a horrible accident! I got T-boned by someone who put their foot on the gas instead of the brake, so they were accelerating when the impact happened. The whole left side of my was caved in, but it was learned later that my "safe" car really saved me from major injury! My car crumbled on the inside as it was designed to do! I called Layne and told him what happened and he told me to come in when I felt better! Rating Based solely on Leasing a car I came to Estate Motors after my car had a serious problem that really couldn't be fixed, so I was in a very distrustful and negative state of mind. I ended up leasing a C Class sedan at Estate Motors and Dan Perlini was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and not overly aggressive, allowing me to arrive at my own decision. Which played a large role in choosing Estate Motors. (I also went to another dealership in Westchester, but was put off by their smooth overbearing demeanor). After the sale, I sent a 'flurry' of emails with questions about the car, which he answered professionally and promptly... even when they were questions he answered already. All in all, I had an extremely positive experience with leasing my car at Estate Motors. I have nothing negative to say about Dan whatsoever, but if pressed for something, I'd have to say he looks a bit goofy when he wears his reading glasses on his forehead. More
