This is by far the best experience I've ever had in my 18 years of driving. I've purchased many car in my day but never had I delt with such personable and accommodating people before. I had a bit of a situation with my credit and they figured it out, resolved the problem and put me in the car that I wanted. I never felt ashamed, embarrassed or uncomfortable because of my less-than-perfect credit. I've already sent them more business and will continue to do so...I'm literally shocked at the second-to-none level of customer service. Bob Binette the manager is incredibly personable, Adria the sales associate is extremely knowledgable of the Mercedes-Benz brand and was able to hone in on exactly what my taste-level was. She was such a sweetheart and very tuned-in to her customers. Finally, Anthony Anzalone is the man! He really made it all happen for me and basically coached me on how to improve my credit situation moving forward. All and all, this group of people will always get my and all my friends' business! More
After having visited two local Mercedes dealerships prior to reaching Estate Motors a half hour away from my home. I questioned whether i'd purchase Mercedes or simply shoot towards a new BMW. The prior Mercedes dealerships i visited had ruined my perception of the car i have desired to own with cocky salesman that made me feel, they did not need my purchase. As a final attempt a friend of mine recommended Estate Motors and I am SO glad he did. My point of contact was Adria Nestro who with her charm and welcoming attention lured me to drive the half hour searching for the new car i should have purchased 2 miles from my home. Prior to my visit, Adria over the phone took note of what i was looking for... She let me know that the car I wanted WITH all the options AND the color that i wanted was not in stock and possibly not in the northeast yet considering it just came out (CLA250) Rather than push me to buy from the CLA's already in stock, she went out of her way to hunt what i wanted. Sure enough she found it, ordered it and two weeks later IT'S THERE! What i'm most impressed with is the attention within the two week wait. Whatever questions i had ANSWERED, if i sent an email with a questions/concern at 9pm at night, from her home... ANSWERED! What car salesman does that!?!?!? Then today i go there to pick up my car and HAVING NOT met her prior, she walked outside as i was walking in and says with a big welcoming smile "you must be Jeff". I'm glad she was right because that would have been quite funny if i wasn't. She showed me my car in full detail, inside and out explaining every function of the COMPUTER i now would be driving...excellent! Excellent! EXCELLENT! She then led me to Anthony Anzalone who completed my experience who explained what i was signing in full detail and really made it painless when normally the signing can be scary. I now have my new beauty in my garage and am anxious to tell friends about Estate Motors. I already notified Adria that my sister will be going there soon to buy her next car from her as well... At 29 years of age i know this will not be my last Mercedes, and know for sure that Estate Motors will get every bit of that business to come! More

From Adria showing me the inventory and processing the insurance and paying off my trade in and transferring my plates, to Bob Binette getting me the right price on my trade in and pricing the new vehicle, to Anthony packaging the financing for me, I couldn't be happier all around. Everyone that helped me at Estate Motors worked hard and efficiently from start to finish and you can tell that they treat everyone the same. Doesn't matter if you are buying a used car or a $200,000 car, they will do everything in their power to get you in the car you came in to buy. I think that because they are a smaller, more intimate dealership than some of the others around, they are able to give you the customization and personalized attention that you deserve when making a purchase of this kind. Great job by Estate Motors and I can't wait to upgrade a couple of years down the road. I'll be back! More

I can not say enough what a wonderful experience I had Estate Motors. I did not have to go back and forth to get a price. They gave me the bottom price and I bought the car in 30 mins. These guys are your stereotypical "used car dealers", especially the manager Jeff Berlant and Bob Cinelli. They use every trick in the book to rip you off. At first you may seem to be getting a good deal but in the end they will swindle you somehow. You can tell when you meet them that they are not genuine no matter how hard they try. My advice..... deal with a more reputable dealership like Danbury or White Plains. If you're willing to travel to NJ Prestige motors are great. I have bought/leased over 9 mercedes in my life and I have never been treated so poorly as they treated me and never dealt with such crooks! BEWARE! The money you think you are saving will be made up somewhere else they cheat you. More
Beware of return fee!!!! My 80 year old mother has been a customer for about 35 years. She has bought and leased a new Mercedes every few years from Estate Motors. She would never let any one but Estate Moto customer for about 35 years. She has bought and leased a new Mercedes every few years from Estate Motors. She would never let any one but Estate Motors service her vehicle. She has been by their own words "one of our best customers" which is all the more surprising when her lease came due this april 2013 and she went to turn in her vehicle they charged her a $600.00 turn in fee. My mother is aging and no longer able to drive other wise she would have been ready to lease another Mercedes. They said they were sorry, but it is the practice of Mercedes Benz Financial not them. When I spoke to the salesgirl, Adria she said I could try and call Mercedes Benz Financial, but she had a client who died and they would now waive this fee! I certainly understand a fee if you don't lease or buy another car from them, but if you are dead or no longer driving???? How sad that a loyal customer would be treated this way. Think twice before you become a customer!!! If you do decide to lease a vehicle fight to have the return fee waived before signing lease or use a different finance company. Your own bank will probably offer better rates and terms! More

I originally dealt with the CPO sales manager (Bob) and later turned over to a very competent sales executive (Michael Torres). These guys were extremely fair, professional and put together a fantastic deal. There service department has always been courteous and efficient (they greet you by name!). New model loaners are always available and your car is returned washed and looking brand new. I'll be back for an upgrade in a few years. Mean time, I've got a lot of worry free miles in front of me.
