Mercedes was never my favorite German car brand (because I love driving aggressively and always associated it with the old retired cooperate guys who golf all day). That all changed after Layne convinced me to come in for a test drive and get a taste of the "Mercedes Experience". He allowed me to test drive every sedan the brand offers to help me make my choice and ease the transition into the brand. Being a 3 Series owner (of every model from 1993-2011), I you would suspect I would go for the C Class. One drive on the highway in the E Class however and I was sold!!! The smooth ride and torque sold me immediately! I don't think there're any BMWs in my future anytime soon. Layne is an excellent and knowledgable sales advisor and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used Mercedes! He made the process smooth and timely and found our dream car with both the colour and equipment we asked for. They even gave me top dollar for my used 328i on trade-in too! The reason for this was due to the fact that the reception by the sales staff at Estate Motors was not a positive experience. However, I did give them one more try since my current lease was ending. The people there really make you feel special and are very attentive in making sure that they meet your expectations in every aspect of selecting the right car for you. They really went beyond the call of duty in order to ensure that you were happy with the deal. A very persistent bunch of people who will make you feel right at home.
