I have been servicing my old car with them for years, and even though I live in Connecticut, I travel to New York for the Estate Motors brand of service. So naturally I had to purchase my new (pre-owned) car there. The service and attention I received was the same high quality that I have come to expect from the team at Estate Motors - especially Bob Binette, Anthony Anzalone and Dan Perlini. George Rodriguez was such a pleasure to interact with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in and he helped with all of the intricate decisions that we made as we placed the order. The time frame for delivery was accurate and upon picking up our new, beautiful GL350 bluetec SUV, George explained every feature (and there were many) of the vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase extraneous options or add-ons that we have experienced in the past. George treated us with the utmost respect and patience. We would highly recommend working with him and this dealership. As a previous Mercedes Benz owner who dealt with a different dealership and was mislead about premature tire purchases and brake repairs, I have considerable trust that I will not be mislead at Estate Motors. It is easy to drive in and park with or without an appointment. Spencer is there to greet you and take your keys. Once inside, John Chipman is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and if he is not in, Dave, the service advisor that sits behind John, is happy to pinch hit for him, even though he knows I am John's customer. If there is any hard to describe issue, John will ask Rudy, who is an outstanding technician, to take a ride with me to experience the issue first hand. The car is always returned to me clean and ready to enjoy, and Jim the Service Manager will very often make it a point to stop to ask me if everything was done to my satisfaction-and answer is always the same: YES! I never feel rushed or that I am being a burden, and I honestly don't think I could be better treated if I were family or the owner of the place. More

2014 Mercedes CLS 63 S/AMG I was searching for a high end 4 door Sedan and i happened to call and speak directly with Layne Sohun on the phone i told him what i was looking and I was searching for a high end 4 door Sedan and i happened to call and speak directly with Layne Sohun on the phone i told him what i was looking and he did mention he had the specific color combination in stock. I arranged to meet him at Estate Motors, at my arrival the car was prepped and parked inside we went over all the details test drove it and i told him i would be in contact with him within a day. Meanwhile i was also looking at the Audi RS7 and that car was not available to be test drive for another 2 weeks. I spoke to Layne the following morning and i explained that i loved the 63 S AMG but wanted to test drive the Audi. His assured me he would be able to hold the car until i test drove the Audi. Two weeks came by and time to test drive the Audi, the Audi was a beautiful car with plenty of Hp so i asked the Audi dealer if i could take at least a day to make up my mind as i wanted to compare both cars in terms of value and comfort. I did not want to make a hasty decision. I told him i would call back the following morning. Sure enough that morning i was told they could no longer hold the car. I had made my mind up beforehand but truth be told this was a much a easier decision once they started asking right of way if i was taking the Audi. Layne had given me more than 2 weeks to test drive another car and he gave me his personal cell number so we kept in touch during those weeks. He is a man of his word, he never pushed to make the sale he delivered an outstanding experience and with out any doubt an amazing car. Anthony Anzalone, Finance manager had all paper work ready and made it seem seamless. Explained all the terms and warranties and i was out the door within 10 minutes, with my new CLS 63 S/AMG I could not be happier with the whole experience i received at Estate Motors Thank you Layne and Anthony More

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ESTATE MOTORS I just finished leasing my fourth Mercedes Benz from Estate Motors with Adria Nestro as my salesperson once again. While my first experience nearly I just finished leasing my fourth Mercedes Benz from Estate Motors with Adria Nestro as my salesperson once again. While my first experience nearly 10 years ago was great, each one thereafter was tweaked and improved. This is an attestation to the dealership's desire to improve the experience rather than be complacent and rest on its laurels. I also highly recommend the sales department. John Chippman has been our Service Advisor for 10 years and makes the service aspect of owning the car flawless. Appointments are arranged at convenient times, late model loaner cars arranged and the service done properly. There was no time that I was forced to bring the car back to the service department to re-repair something it missed. But the real gem of the experience was my Salesperson Adria Nestro. I have dealt with her on each occasion and would not deal with any other Mercedes salesperson. She has excellent product knowledge and was up on the competition's product. She was able to answer each of my many questions patiently and thoroughly. As for the "deal" itself, I never felt any high pressure tactics one might expect when getting into a new car. It seemed that decision to make the move was mine and I always feel confident that the price I get is the best price around. Simply put: Adria had the unique ability to make the experience seem like a casual conversation between friend. I also found Adria to be accessible, calling me back almost immediately after I left her a message. In summary---The cars are the same from dealership to dealership so the only difference is the people who sell and service them. This is where Estate stands out above many others. As such, I have no reservations about returning to Estate Motors and recommending them to anyone interested in driving a Mercedes Benz. More
