This made a good impression on me because I'm a woman and had been to other dealers and had been ignored. Then I met Layne who immediately connected with me. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgable about the car I wanted to test drive., it made me feel confident and comfortable about my choice. By the end of the test drive I was ready to buy. This has never happened before! But because of Layne's experience and love of driving cars, he was a strong reference for me. I trusted him. I don't know if this is part of their service or not but there was always someone holding the door open for me when I walked in, including the guy vacuuming when I had to work late and couldn't get there til after work hours. My car was delayed at the factory and I had sold my car so didn't have a car. No problem, I called Layne who arranged for a loaner. I think I had that loaner for 4 weeks! Layne and his manager were incredibly kind. I know they went out of there way on the loaner for which I'm grateful. Many times I called Layne and he was always there for me.
