We started looking for a car for my wife back in May even after another dealer feel through my salesman did everything possible to locate the car actually being built due to arrive here in the states the 18th of August. I had a birthday party scheduled for my wife on Saturday the 30th of August and the new CLA250 was her present. The trucking company ran behind and didn't get the car to the dealership until that sat afternoon the dealership kicked it in high gear and got the ready for delivery. As promised Layne our salesman picked up the car in NY at the dealership and delivered the car 2 hrs away in MA to the restaurant where my wife's party was at 8pm and delivered the car to her. Making her happy was all I cared about and with the extraordinary determination, professionalism, and Layne's get it done attitude they pulled it off and made my wife very happy and I can not thank everyone at Estate Motors especially Layne , Anthony and Bob for helping me make my wife smile.....All of you made buying a Mercedes a awesome experience and I would highly recommend you all to everyone I can interested in dealing with true professionals in their field !! I worked with Justin and he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I felt like I was visiting an old friend and buying something special. After I made my decision on which car I wanted they even sent a driver to my home to pick me up when the car was ready. Wow, talk about customer service. Justin took his time and went over the car and explained everything and told me if there was something I was having trouble with he would walk me through it over the phone or come to my home and show me personally. I have purchased other Mercedes from other dealers and was happy but never experienced anything like this. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you guys! More

Through some strait talk ,honesty and openess they were able to put together a package and numbers that made it a "no brainer". I was in my new car one hour later. They took care of everything for me. The next day a had a question for the service department and had the same excellent experience. The experience I encountered in Greenwich was something I've never gone through in my whole life. Never thought I would ever be discriminated while trying to purchase a car! I had to keep in mind that I do love riding my Mercedes C300 and that it wasn't the vehicles fault why I felt so unhappy. The bottom line Mercedes is Mercedes but dealers are definitely different and can make or break a deal!! I had to choose which dealer deserved my business. After going through what I went through I was intimidated walking into Estate Motors but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big smile from Layne Sohun. Just with his smile and welcoming approached he made me feel that my business is welcomed to Estate Motors. After telling Layne what my dream car had to have he said he can make that possible. Still having doubt my husband said to me on a Friday night at 10pm to text Layne to see if he's available the next day at 9am to see the car again. I was hesitant to text him at 10pm but I did and Layne answered. We met the next day and we loved the car. We then told Layne how we were treated in Greenwich and that it has been a total different experience at this dealer. Layne apologized for how the other dealer treated us but assured us that Estate Motors is not like that at all. He also introduced us to his general manager Bob Federico and he as well felt sorry for how we were treated. After all that we had to go through we decided to purchase my dream car from Layne. He made it possible for me to drive away happy and feel that I can come to him with any concerns/questions. Layne is truly the best salesperson I've ever met!! He's very knowledgeable in his cars and most importantly knows how to value a person. I have enjoyed buying my car with Layne and would buy any other future cars with him.
