From the start of the process to the end was great! I live in Vineland, New Jersey and drove 75 miles to “Experience the Difference”. I purchased my first ever Mercedes-Benz for my wife. It was a Pre-Own live in Vineland, New Jersey and drove 75 miles to “Experience the Difference”. I purchased my first ever Mercedes-Benz for my wife. It was a Pre-Owned/Certified 2017 E 300 and even know it wasn’t a brand new car, I was treated as if I were purchasing a new one. If the Service Department is as good as the Sales Team, I will drive the 75 miles to get it Serviced when the time comes! I highly recommend the Ciocca Family Mercedes-Benz of Flemington Dealership. More

Sales Staff vs Management This is the 5th lease or purchase of a car and or SUV with the Flemington location. Four with the old owners and this is the first with the new manage This is the 5th lease or purchase of a car and or SUV with the Flemington location. Four with the old owners and this is the first with the new management/owners. In short it was not as pleasant as the last four. Management hides somewhere not to be found and directs the sales person to carry the flag. The lease commenced at one number and when I asked to reduce the milage per year and the lease about increased by almost 80.00(crazy) The sales person had to go to management several times to secure the correct numbers. My suggestion and I do not think you really care is to have management be more open to meet the customer unless they really do not care. I am sure the cars will sell themselves. But they are mostly a higher end car and with all the information on the internet these days I would think that some customers actually know what is going on. Neil did a great job as well as Julian in finance. Very smooth paperwork and customer service. Management no so much! More

My service was very good. Jami was excellent and accommodating since I didn’t have my car for a few days. My car drives much better. It was a concern to have these things wrong with my car conside accommodating since I didn’t have my car for a few days. My car drives much better.
