Purchase of new vehicle I was looking for a new vehicle, and I am very thorough coming to a decision. I researched many dealerships before I chose one. I considered the distance from my home, the appearance of the dealership and of course the demeanor of the staff . Also, how much assistance I was given and how professional the staff was. I visited 3 Mercedes dealerships, 3 BMW dealerships and 1 Audi dealership. MY choice was Flemington Mercedes-Benz. The most important consideration was of course the cost, which included the Mercedes discounts and also as important, the value that was placed on my trade. A lot of dealers want to low ball you on your trade in, not the case with Flemington. Also I have to comment, to the period after the sale, dealing with the sales staff Nick DePasquale, Gregg Ciocca and product specialists, especially Richard Brasington. They made private appointments with me to "go over the vehicle" which is a time consuming task. Considering all the interventions and new tech features it does take time. Richard was great even after I had to make several appointments, as I had more questions as I got to know my new Mercedes ( 2020 C-class 300 4 matic Cabriolet convertible.
