The customer service was great. The issues I had 1. Changed my seat settings on my profile 2. Didn’t perform software update 3. Changed my dashboard screen 4. Car was covered The issues I had 1. Changed my heads up settings…that was annoying 6. I specifically asked the last time I had service to go to a different profile and to please not change my seat settings. If you adjust my seat it will automatically save it in my profile “mom” 7. I really wish they performed software update because it took 30 minutes to update and I was hoping they would notice it needed an update and perform update More

This is not regarding any individual employee, but rather the policies and culture at this dealership. It is difficult to get service here, more than any other vehicle I've owned. I bought my van here the policies and culture at this dealership. It is difficult to get service here, more than any other vehicle I've owned. I bought my van here new, bought an expensive extended full service warranty, but every time anything is done it's always "well we normally would charge for this but we did it this time for free" as if they were doing me a favor. Are you kidding me. It's also astounding that my service got bumped down in priority over 6 hours, and only when I messaged them did they get it into the service bay. Standard procedure should be get it done quickly, then make it available to pick up at customer's convenience. In addition, it's currently still next to the showroom so I get harassed by salespeople every time they see me. Some of them will get in your face and try manipulation tactics. I know this because I look about 20 years younger than I really am and I have to try not to laugh in their face. The good news is the service itself is fine. I just hate coming here. More

My experience was great with everyone I interreacted with during the process of picking and purchasing a car. The only thing I would comment about is in regards to the service requirements and the lack of in during the process of picking and purchasing a car. This was the most stellar car buying experience we have ev ) and I can't thank Mark Caparelli, Michelle Azimi and Mercedes- Benz of Escondido enough. This was the most stellar car buying experience we have ever had, and no we did not buy a Mercedes we bought a preowned Nissan Altima! From my pre-visit communications with Mark to the time we spent with him at the dealership we couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. When we arrived so many thoughtful staff made sure all was great for us and when we connected with Mark he couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. While he couldn't do "BOGO" (Buy the Altima get the Land Rover free) he made everything else that we requested happen. When Michelle stepped in for the Finance portion of the experience she exceeded all our expectations in terms of her genuine kindness, knowledge and her efficient processing time (in and out within 30 min!). Mark's send off when presenting us with keys, and explaining how to do everything on the car (including rolling up the windows) was a joy. The preowned Altima is PERFECT for my mom and pretty cool she has an Escondido Mercedes-Benz license plate holder that matches all the chrome details on her Altima. Can't wait to go back and buy a preowned QUALITY car for me - Mark is already on it. Forget every other dealership in San Diego County...if you want a quality vehicle whether Mercedes or an Altima go to Mercedes Benz Escondido. More
