Sales and Service are excellent Last week I brought our 2017 E300 in for the A service, which is the first service interval for a new Mercedes. Cindi greeted me as I drove up to the Last week I brought our 2017 E300 in for the A service, which is the first service interval for a new Mercedes. Cindi greeted me as I drove up to the service area and she could not have been more helpful and courteous. She took me directly to the service advisor, Estella Taylor. My wife and I own a Porsche and a Lexus in addition to the E300. We are used to and spoiled by Lexus and Porsche service. However, Stella exceeded any experience we have had with other dealers. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and quick. After 5 minutes of paperwork she introduced me to David, who took me to my loaner car. He asked me if I was familiar with all the capabilities of an E300 and then gave me driving instructions on the use of the E300 parking application. All in all, it was a great experience. My only reason for reducing the rating one star, is a previous experience with this dealer rated only one star. Now that I know who to call for my service, I recommend this dealership without reservartion. More
