Chris sorry that this got to a situation where you thought you need to call the police. I did speak with Annmarie our assistant service manager and she stated she was outside with you looking at the scratches you were pointing out. She stated she wanted our people to take care of it and you did not want to leave the car. She also stated you left with her business card. I also saw that they were having issues with your car and the getting the keys etc. to work correctly, So I ran a Carfax on the car and saw that it was a salvage car that has a branded title etc. With cars like this that have severe damage done to them we highly recommend for people not to buy them because of all the issues especially electrical. Feel free to come in and see Annmarie about the scratches you were talking about on your car she would still want to help take care of them. Or see our service Manager Fred Dellafemina. Hi Jennifer I just saw this review and will touch base with the service manager on Monday to get more information. I do see that you purchased it from us on 4/21/24 with 30976 miles on it. I looked and the car had not been to us for any service or any had of the scheduled service done by us. Where were you doing the service on this car it looks like the only time we are seeing the car is when it came in on 3/18/24. Let me know if this is correct. I purchased the car in April 2020 from you and you are correct. I have not done my service with your service department because it costs too much money to have a service there. I went to someone else that I've been going to for years with all my other cars and never had any problems and your service department could not say that it was due to poor service. I even asked that question and they said they can't say that, they need to take the engine apart to truly find out what happened and I can't afford that. as I said engine failure, product failure at 59,000 miles is unacceptable !
