I sent my Mercedes S63 to change the oil and check the leak sensors and they damaged the car key, at first they told me that the key had been damaged and that I had to order another one, I ordered another leak sensors and they damaged the car key, at first they told me that the key had been damaged and that I had to order another one, I ordered another one that cost me $800 and it didn't work either, my The car arrived working fine and now they say it can't be done. responsible for the damage, when I went to pick up the car the door and quarter panel had been scratched, the service advisor Adam McCuen is very unprofessional and does not treat customers with respect, I called him and reported the damage caused by another car in their parking lot and they didn't want to do anything about it, I told him to call the manager and she told me that she was busy and couldn't, I had to call the police and make a report and the manager arrived at once but without any help either, in August I bought a new car from this same dealer and I do not plan to take it for service and I will talk about changing the service to another dealer where they are more responsible and professional with their customers More
I have to say at first I was pleased with my initial purchase of my Mercedes I bought it certified previously owned with 30,000 miles on it. just recently after owning my car less than three years al purchase of my Mercedes I bought it certified previously owned with 30,000 miles on it. just recently after owning my car less than three years all of a sudden I had a major engine problem ...engine failure! with no warning nothing . and guess what? shocker , I was just out of my warranty, by less than 10,000 miles. I literally have 59,000 and change on the car and they proceeded to inform me that my car has engine failure( and it took them two weeks to tell me that) but they could not tell me how this happened and in order for them to give me additional diagnostics-cause they would have to take the engine apart. and I would have to pay for it. but I informed them that was not happening. They did not offer me a loaner car even though I asked, I was told because I won't agree to any repairs. they told me I had to file a complaint with Mercedes corporate , my sales rep, even though I called him two times after I spoke to the service department did not even return my calls. I bought a car that is supposed to be the gold standard and Mercedes won't even back up their product. engine failure at less than 60,000 miles is not acceptable ! I am beside myself. Clearly, this is the worst Car I've ever owned. The irony is I still have Mercedes Benz roadside assistance lol and apparently that's the only thing I have . so now I have a worthless car and they won't even work with me . if I had 100,000 miles on this car, then OK no problem i would understand . I literally put less than 30,000 miles on this car ! and I took care of it ! back up your product Mercedes and that means you Ray Catena of Edison!!! I am not letting this go. I am a hard working nurse and finally treated myself to a Mercedes. what a joke never had a problem with any of my Nissans, though I guess all the jokes about Mercedes, are true they are great until they have a problem and then you're on your own! More

A very pleasant and exceptional experience at Ray Catena Edison Service center. Recently bought a new GLA and had a nail in the right rear tyre which was not repairable. I was told it needed to be replaced Edison Service center. Recently bought a new GLA and had a nail in the right rear tyre which was not repairable. I was told it needed to be replaced and cost about $340 which was very frustrating. Omar sense our frustration and made us relax and took all steps possible to make our experience so memorable. I really appreciate the help and service provided by Omar and Ray Catena dealership and brought smiles on our face. More
