While I have the vehicle in our possession, we should also note that during your dealership's possession we have had a "collision reported" from our Mercedes App, that while we haven't seen visible damage, hasn't been clarified. I am happy to maintain an email record.

To update this to further explain the poor treatment. We continued to have issues with the vehicle, to the point that we felt they had left us with an unsafe car as its drivability degraded after receiving the car back. Since Omar Elbar and AnnMarie Albero both insinuated previously that "they arent the dealership for us", we took the car to Mercedes of Brooklyn. They found NUMEROUS issues that were left unaddressed and were OBVIOUS issues with our car, specifically with the the way bar end links, rear air bag suspensions, and other elements. To add insult to injury, they didn't even update the SOFTWARE RECALL. I truly can not believe I had to make an update post. I do not understand how this is a 5 star service center. Ps, Mercedes of Brooklyn (where we didnt buy the car), gave us a loaner, timely text message responses, and continue phone call updates and were genuinely pleasant to deal with.
