AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT On September 11th, our Mercedes Benz got a suspension fault warning, it was unable to maintain a ride height if allowed to sit, and the ride was noticeably rough. Same day Mercedes Benz got a suspension fault warning, it was unable to maintain a ride height if allowed to sit, and the ride was noticeably rough. Same day we called Mercedes and given a service date of September 22nd to drop the vehicle off. No loaner, which was surprising on an EQS, since we didn't buy it at Ray Catena. Omar told us the car would be ready on the 23rd, I made arrangements to be ready to pick the car up. Surprise, the car wasn't ready. I then curiously noticed that the car had hadnt been opened till I got the first notification on Thursday. That day we were told that car wouldn't be serviced because of parts not being available, and that we should take this vehicle home. Curiously, since it said not to exceed 50mph on the fault, we asked if thats reasonable or safe, we were assured it was. This in our opinion was both hazardous and negligent advice. Its since been confirmed that it would have inadvisable to take the vehicle home by AnnMarie Albero Then we were told the part would be available and in at the end of the following week, ending the 4th of October. When we called on the 3rd, assuming the vehicle would be ready, we felt unsatisfied and disappointed in Omar's communication skills, and frankly honesty. We asked to speak to AnnMarie Albero, she then told us that the date is October 13th for the part. We were in fact told, finally by Omar, that the part would be in today, October 10th, nearly a month since the original fault, nearly 2 lease payments later, and still no loaner. No part came in, now the date is the 13th again, car was brought in for 4 hours (10% battery drained), yesterday (October 9th, 2024) Frankly we are exceedingly disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of professionalism. We have not been provided any documentation service history while at ray Catena (when the car was brought in, diagnosis, what the name of the part is, even a Fedex tracking number for this mysterious part from Germany). also suspension faults on Mercedes Benz cars, our neighbors GLS63 has been there for weeks longer (hes on his second loaner btw) Every aspect except for the shuttle service driver, has been frustrating, murky in description/scheduling, and frankly disappointing. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. More
