In short I am very happy with my new E350 4matic (2013). I went in at 5pm on a Friday and was received by Ravi. The main reason I am rating him is because he did not come across as a salesman. Aside from the car itself, Ravi Mallela was the reason why I chose a Mercedes and Ray Catena. He listened well and showed me several options that fit my needs and budget. He was very friendly, professional and responsive, not pushy nor aloof like some other car salespersons that had encountered over the years.
