There was no pass off to a financial rep to complete the deal. Allyson handled every piece of the transaction. She arranged for a gentleman to go over all the features of our new car with us. We never felt rushed. I've been buying Mercedes Benz cars for 20 years now and my last 3 have been through Allyson. He let us know the car we were interested in was a special order and that it would take a few months to get it. He went over all the options in extreme detail and told us his professeional opinion. We went ahead and ordered the car, leaving a deposit but also went and looked at the BMW. We went to Open Road in Edison and we had a completely different experience. Not only was that dealership unprofessional they were completely rude. They made us feel like we were nothing and they didn't need our business. After that experience we knew we had to go with Ray Catena. Their professionalism and courtesy was impecable. Leon gave us updates on our car and became more like a friend then a sales associate.
