Very coordial employees - as expected for a Mecedes dealer. One of the best car buying experience I've had in the past 20 years. Melissa was understanding, friendly and not pushy. There was very litttle haggling. I new what I wanted and she worked to meet my expectations. She spoke to me, looked at me and dealt with me since it was clear that I was buying the car (although my husband accompanied me for moral support). This is the first time I felt that I was treated with respect in a car dealer and the experience was actually pleasant. More

I couldn't be happier with my new 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML350 -- and couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Ray Catena MB -- and especially my sales representative, Derrick Fox. This is my first ML350 -- and couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Ray Catena MB -- and especially my sales representative, Derrick Fox. This is my first MB and I was very excited about the prospect of making the ML my own. However, after an EXTREMELY disappointing experience with one local MB dealer, I contacted two others. However, once again -- actually twice again -- I was shocked and dismayed by a lack of service, responsiveness and, frankly, even remote interest in "making the sale." I was just about completely DONE with the entire MB brand -- until I found Derreck. He was a true PROFESSIONAL, who was knowledgeable, energic, highly responsive, SO PLEASANT (I actually looked FORWARD to his calls!) and so easy to deal with. He respected me as a potential customer and made me feel -- right from our first conversation on the phone -- that my business was valued. For the first time in my MB experience, I felt like I had someone on MY team, who truly wanted me to join the MB family. From start to finish - thanks to Derrick -- the process wasn't just painless, it was actually enjoyable. By truly focusing on the customer, Derrick brought the smile back to the sale -- (it really should be fun!) -- and in my opinion, he saved the Mercedes Benz brand, at least for this family. Just days before I met Derrick, I was ready to go to a competitor product. But now, thanks to Derrick -- and really, the entire staff at Ray Catena MB -- I've got the keys to the exact ML350 I was hoping for -- and it's truly a wonderful vehicle.
