I had my 10 yr old son with me and they spoiled him (they know how to get to a mothers heart)! Even when he got antsy, they made it seem like no problem. I also have to mention the front desk team... was so pleasant. Overall, all that you would expect from a Mercedes Dealer and then some... professional, polite, considerate, kind and Thoughtful. At one point after we were done with our deal - I thought for a moment, "maybe I want a different color?", and still Gary said; "If you want it, we will change it!" I have dealt with several vehicle dealers in my years of experience and none have come even close to his level of professionalism. It has also been my experience that after you pick up your new vehicle the dealer tends to just disappear and avoid any problems or concerns you have. Mr. Russo has done the complete opposite, in fact he actually contacts me on a regular basis to ask about my experiences with the vehicle and addresses any concerns I may have. Sure, every dealer will be your best friend when you are in the process of buying a vehicle, but we all know that ends as soon as you drive off the lot. I challenge you to find someone more professional and genuinely as caring about their customers as Mr. Russo is. If you do, please let me know, but I don't expect that anyone will find such.
