I'm not a man who is easily impressed, nor given to the casual use of superlatives, and to be perfectly honest, I'm a somewhat of a difficult customer. I'm the guy that does his homework, and knows the answers to his questions before they are asked. I do this to test the knowledge and sincerity of sales people. Vince did not disappoint. He has an impressive knowledge of the entire Mercedes line, and spares no effort to ensure your questions are answered. And more importantly, he was direct in saying "I don't know, but I'll find out and get back to you" No B.S., I like that. When it came to making choices of options and colors, Ray Catena is well stocked, and Vince took the time to make certain I saw all the possibilities. A good experience, and one I will recommend without reservation. More

Again i came to Ray Catena and met a gentlemen by the name of Anthony Marino. he was very sincere and to the point. He actually gave me what i wanted without playing games and going back and forth. Even though i did not make the deal with him on the first visit, i knew i was going to take the car from him, and i think he also knew that same thing. I am very happy that i finally got to do business with Ray Catena and it took Anthony Marino to get me there. He is and excellent salesmen and i look forward to doing business with him again. More

Leased a new SLK250 Today, we went to just look at a new car because my current MB lease was up. I thought perhaps I would buy my current convertible. No way, did I ever think I would actually lease a new one today but after thoroughly discussing everything with Anthony, I decided to take the plunge and do it today. Am I glad I did. Anthony was so confident as he spoke and he answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me time to think things over and did not pressure me to make up my mind. He was straight to the point, answered all my questions without hesitation. I understood how this dealership would be the one I would want to be a part of. Anthony is like "family" now and so is Ray Catena's dealership! The manager came over and spoke to us-he put the icing on the cake and I drove off with a new 2015 SLK250! Yeah for me!!! More

Anthony didn't have anything in his inventory at the time, but would let us know as soon as something came in. He emailed me back a couple of days later when they had received more inventory. What the exceptional thing about this was he was on vacation during this time, and was always in touch with me. He truly went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase.
