From the moment I walked in, everyone at the dealership made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and very special. Vinnie Peluso Jr. made my first car buying experience memorable and positive. He was patient, kind, professional, and paid attention to my needs as a customer. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to make me feel that I made the right decision, and answered all my questions. He even made sure that after I was in my new Cla, that I was happy and that all my needs were met. Before I went to Ray Catena in Edison, I have never gone through the car dealership process, and I was skeptical and nervous about making such a big purchase. However, after this experience, I know I won't have anything to worry about. I can see now why people continue to go back to Mercedes. Rude salesperson. Maybe we didn't look like Mercedes People? Extremely rude salesperson. Maybe we didn't have the right look for a Mercedes owner? I don't typically dress to impress on a weekend afternoon. My wife and I went into to discuss a deal that we had negotiated at another dealership. Instead of talking through the differences and working towards a compromise, the salesperson more of less laughed and told us that she was getting the sales manager to, "come over and say goodbye to you". The sales manager, Danny, was actually very nice, and tried to save the situation. Highlighting that Ray Catena is known for their service. I don’t decide on where to buy a car based on who has better coffee in the waiting room. When the dust settled, we ended up finding that the deals from both dealerships were very close, and they were actually selling the same car (from shared inventory). But after the way we were treated and dismissed, we purchased our new truck from the dealership that treated us like valued customers that were looking to spend a lot of money. Well, now we are Mercedes people, but I can say, we won't be going back here. More

Fantastic car buying experience John was extremely professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. We walked away with the kind of the lease John was extremely professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. We walked away with the kind of the lease deal on a new GLK 350 that we were looking for and he was a straight shooter who didn't hassle us at all. He even went through the trouble of walking us through different lease deal scenarios so that we could make the right decision. I would highly recommend John and this dealership for their great customer service. More

Finance Department We have leased many cars from this dealership over the years. The Finance Department would have to do some additional work and prepare a letter for us We have leased many cars from this dealership over the years. Our sales person Chuck and one of the Managers Joseph Scribellito have both had several phones call and e-mails sent to them and they have NOT returned any calls or e-mail. It is so sad that a dealership like this that we have had a good experience turn so bad. It is true that customer service is DEAD!!! Simply amazing that your finance department was NOT willing to take a little bit of extra time and help a long time customer not to even say that a customer that is disabled too. Not only will we be contacting Mr. Catena to let him know of the treatment and lack of service we received we will take our business to a car company that wants our business sorry that we took up your time you weren't doing us any favors and thanks for showing your true colors as a dealership all over a phone call with your finance department and Mercedes Benz Financial. Why was the other dealership able to do it and NOT yours because you are too lazy. More
