This review is being written specifically addressing Matt I am in process of looking into possibly purchasing a new vehicle, with Matt being the designated Sales Officer. While the purchase is still in its decision making process, I have to admit that Matt is top shelf individual who takes the time to listen, digest and execute. I ran into Matt almost a year back and then later visited the dealership recently. Matt, as one would say comes from "excellent stock", a well mannered, sharp young gentlemen who has all the necessary traits of shining in any career he may undertake. His follow through and follow up is second to none. Whether I purchase a vehicle or not, the experience with Matt has been very pleasant and certainly A1 !!!! I wanted to take this opportunity to wish him the very best for the holiday season and lots of luck in all future endeavors. More

Very pleased. Will be back again. Just leased another car from Ray Catena's dealership. I started on the phone with Grigory Rozenfeld and he was so ridiculously unprofessional (not ans Just leased another car from Ray Catena's dealership. I started on the phone with Grigory Rozenfeld and he was so ridiculously unprofessional (not answering my questions, constantly interrupting me and raising his voice, not letting me to speak, pitching some well known facts) that I almost decided not to buy from this dealership. I escalated the matter to the General Manager (Robert Alfonso) to let them know that this person is hurting their business, and he took personal interest in my case and fixed things right away - it took him 2 minutes to make me feel like I'm in good hands again. Then Robert introduced me to Tom Cola. Tom was very thorough, straightforward, and at the same time fun to work with. He was straight to the point, withought used car sales techniques presented by Grigory. I was actually very surprized by Grigory's attitude, as I dealt with this dealership in past and all staff were very professional. To make long story short - I'll be back there for my next car, but will make sure to stay clear of Grigory. More
