Ray Catena service center is terrible. The service man Guy Paione was rude, unprofessional. I have bought multiple cars from Ray and had been going there for last 25 years. When I told him that, his response was that "that's your fault, no one asked you to be a sucker". The same service you can get it done at half the price from any other certified Mercedes service. When it came time to complete the purchase, he got me prepared a few days in advance so that I merely had to show up, do some vehicle training, and finalize the paperwork, I was done in about 2 and half hours.
