Very disappointed I have a 2011 Mercedez Benz E Class (350), for the past year, have been complaining to the service department about the vibrations of the car, to no a I have a 2011 Mercedez Benz E Class (350), for the past year, have been complaining to the service department about the vibrations of the car, to no avail. Every time I drop my car off, I get informed of a new issue. Unacceptable for the quality I expect. All issues are non wear and tear related. Service staff seems negligent and allows their customers to drive off regardless of the condition of the vehicle. I got stuck driving to Delaware while my dashboard began LIGHTING up informing me my break fluid is LOW! Car was just serviced at Benz 2 weeks prior to that….break fluid gets refilled, 1 week LATER same message pops up….come to find out the entire system (master cylinder and break booster) needs to be replaced! My break pedals work perfectly fine, stays in place and maintains vacuum! It seems that Ray Catena of Edison has made a habit of providing faulty information just to get a substantial amount of work done, with no results More

Making my wish come true! I was searching online for a 2017 SLC300, unfortunately that model was not available. After going to the dealership and meeting with Vincent, he o I was searching online for a 2017 SLC300, unfortunately that model was not available. After going to the dealership and meeting with Vincent, he offered me another option, the C300 convertible. After a test drive with the car with a color I didn't care for, Vincent was able to find exactly what I wanted and got the paperwork started, the deal was made and a few hours later I drove my new C300 home, with the top down! I have to say this was the easiest transaction I have ever completed for a car, I have to say it was thanks to Vincent! More
