He is one of the best salespeople I’ve encountered in all of my car buying experiences. I walked into the dealership, knowing exactly what car I wanted and what color I wanted it in. They did not have a car that matched my exact criteria on their lot, but Matt worked super hard to not only locate the specific car that I wanted, but also fought hard to get me the best price. The experience was top notch from start to finish, and when I’m in the market again for a new MB, I will only go to Matt. More

Against Conventional Wisdom Coming from commercial insurance side, there is a well known standing joke about personal line insurance agents - they are sale personnel and cannot b Coming from commercial insurance side, there is a well known standing joke about personal line insurance agents - they are sale personnel and cannot be trusted. The joke continues to say that the one(s) worse than an insurance agent is a car salesman. Naturally, we were apprehensive walking into the dealership on a snowy Saturday afternoon. Matt (Kratzer) was very attentive in listening to our concerns and expectations. He patiently explained to us of our options. Despite the fact that we were not going to make a decision that day, he was not pushy at all. To our utter surprise and delight, he did not contact us once in the days that followed. It was I who contacted him, inquiring about a specific deal and he promptly replied within a couple of hours. On the following Saturday, Matt was tied up with another customer. We ended up with Vincent (Santangelo), who was a delight to work with. He was very thorough in explaining the vehicle functions during the test drive. He got what we were looking for plus some more and did not breach our budget. We have seen Ray Catena's sign in many places. This was our first experience and a very positive one. Transparency, honesty, and professionalism are very important to us. We believe the dealership achieved these and much more via these two gentlemen we worked with. Thank you! More
