Wound up falling in love with an E300, P3 with all of the bells and whistles and Tom snagged it just before another buyer reserved it. Although I went in mainly with the C-line in mind, I didn't feel at all upsold or coerced into the more expensive option. The first thing Tom told me when I got there was that he did not want to influence me into getting something I did not want or intend to get, which was very refreshing. By the time I made my choice, it was too late for the car to be prepared to drive off of the lot, so I came by the following business day and was in and out in no time! It was a pleasure to work with him, and the dealership as a whole. Looking forward to my future dealings here! More

He was extremely friendly and was very patient with my many questions. I didn’t feel like I was under any pressure to buy even though it was at the end of the month which I find to be an extremely part of customer service at a car dealership. I also didn’t feel like I was not a priority since I was there to look at a pre-owned vehicle. Even after I’ve purchased my car, he still maintains contact with me to check up on the car!
