Vincent Santangelo was very courteous and efficient in getting the work done quickly, he is focused and delivery’s as per expectations. This dealership went an extra mile in getting me what I wanted. Although there was hardly any room for negotiations - they were candid in their replies. The dealership also acknowledged a possible dent to car just before the delivery of the car and agreed on repairs scheduled for later. Overall the experience was pleasant. More

Leon Pereldik was a Rock Star Leon provided us with the highest level of customer service. completely misled me, I was very interested in a vehicle, I was told that it had to go through the certification process, as soon as it was complete, I could visit and per I was very interested in a vehicle, I was told that it had to go through the certification process, as soon as it was complete, I could visit and perhaps( which was my intention) purchase. I received a phone call, said car was ready, come on up and view it, all was good. I made an appointment to visit, was on my way to dealership, received a phone call, don't bother, car was sold!!!. Completely blind sided me. They said someone had put a deposit down last night, had never given me the option to do so. I received numerous emails, phone calls etc in regards to my interest, at the end of the day, they pulled the rug out..My wife was very disappointed, this was to be her vehicle. Wish my review and experience could have been better, obviously, it was not More

I own a 2018 911 Targa 4S that I purchased in Florida after your dealership unfortunately couldn’t order the car last year (however, I am taking delivery of a 2019 Range Rover Autobiography from you in Sept). Additionally, my family has purchased four or five Mercedes’ from Leon over the last few years, and I reached out to him to see if he could help me out with scheduling my Porsche service. Leon bent over backwards and went out of his way considerably to ensure that I received the same excellent 5-star service that my family and I have come to expect and cherish.
