On Monday, July 25th, I returned to Ray Catena Mercedes Benz,an appointment was scheduled for 11:30am by 1pm the deal was done,I received confirmation that the bill of sale completed and need my review... Romano(CPO Sales Manager) I did meet briefly Mr. Anthony Marino (General Sales Manager) and Mr. Joseph Sangimino (Sales & Leasing Representative) all three showed me care ,compassion, I felt seen and heard by all ... I thank you individually and collectively... Mr. Sangimino walked me through the bill of sale,My husband Jeffrey and I witnessed an excellent presentation of advanced technology to complete documents,all signed in a timely manner,Superior Customer service by the employees who assisted Joe they were excited for me and super friendly too. The whole process was efficient and and smooth to the very end. I just picked up my fifth (yes fifth) car that I have bought from Jack Goldberg at Ray Catena Mercedes Benz. Each time I deal with Jack he exceeds my expectations. I just got a new 2022 C300 and it reall bought from Jack Goldberg at Ray Catena Mercedes Benz. Each time I deal with Jack he exceeds my expectations. I just got a new 2022 C300 and it really is an amazing car. Smooth ride, lots of power, screens everywhere, self-driving - the works. Also really beautiful inside and out. Due to COVID we had to order this car sight unseen. Jack helped me through the process and we picked the best options and I couldn't be more happy.
