I have had a ton of cars and I have “NEVER” had an experience like a ‘Ray Catena’ experience. I saw the car on Saturday after driving from MD. Applied with my credit union on Monday and Ray Catena de experience like a ‘Ray Catena’ experience. I saw the car on Saturday after driving from MD. Applied with my credit union on Monday and Ray Catena delivered the car to us on Wednesday!! I have been in customer service for 36 years and I can honestly say Craig Harris is the true meaning of customer service excellence!! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate!
