Even though I didn't purchase the car thorough their dealership he took the time to go over all the bells and whistles with me. He was very professional and extremely helpful as I've had the car almost two months and thanks to Johnny, I now know how everything operates and finally have my remote start hooked up. It has to be done by a Lexus dealer which happens to be across the street. I call Mercedes and they say take to Lexus dealer. I make appointment for next day. They read my ex warranty and call warranty company that tells them if it's within 40 miles Mercedes has to take to Lexus dealer. I take it to Mercedes and they say that's not so. They offer to make another appointment for the next day but after wasting a half day already I say no. Everybody at both dealerships were polite but the bottom line is my car still needs serviced. I'm glad I can still drive it. NEVER buy extended warranty. It's kinda like - I've got your money and you're on the back burner. Come back when you're looking to buy. More
