Thank you. The general manager is aware of their problem and the only thing we received from him is silence. I will continue to post bad reviews on Google, DealerRater and other car magazines and websites. I have also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General Office and the Consumer protection agency. I also plan to contact the Consumer division for media outlets. We just want a refund for the repairs that did not correct the problem.
