WORST SERVICE EVER - NOT TO BE TRUSTED The service department had our car for seven months and were paid over $8,000 to repair a convertible top and it still does not work! They wanted an additional $3,000, but wouldn't guarantee that the top would work. We had to call Mercedes USA to get our car back and when we finally did the batteries were nearly dead.
