No loaner. Replaced starter but fail but they did not restore several items that were off like the display panel which was a simple by pushing the on button. Then the temperature on the passenger side air conditioner was not as cool as the driver side so was not working properly so had to return today but couldn’t take it to fixing person until noon so required Lyft home. We will see if fixed later. Not happy. More

After telling the salesperson on the phone that if they aren’t going to negotiate, I don’t want my time wasted, they had me come up, didn’t negotiate and wasted my time with no apologies. From the sales to the delivery of the car it was a 10. These guys are great. The service dept is the best . I had a 2007 S65 traded it for a 2018 S63 and just moved out of that for a 2022 S560.
