There for almost 4 hours. Robert the sales agent was very nice. But at the end he got so busy he forgot to take my things out from my trade in. The manager did call me and asked about my reviews. He said he would tell Robert to call me and I could make an appointment to go over everything. That never happened. I won’t go back now. She was actually nasty and tried to tell my parents that their car was out of warranty even though by incorrectly starting their purchase date. They have copies of all their contracts in hand. Stacey who really is a piece of work actually told my mother to make sure she spells her name right when she complains. No matter how you spell her name and nobody cares about the spelling she is still at best nasty. Either way I will post this review everywhere....I own 2 Mercedes and my next one will not be purchased there nor will I use them for service, neither should you. AVOID! More
