Driving into the covered service portico, I wasn't greeted by any employee. After lingering a bit, I walked into the building and sat in the waiting room until I was addressed by an employee. My actual service provider/point of contact was great, however. She seemed harried and expressed that people want luxury level attention, which I cannot fault them for. I have had better recognition when arriving for service with other brands, so expecting same from Mercedes isn't too much to ask, I don't think. I also had some questions for my original sales woman and she kindly came out and went over the issues with me. Overall I'm very pleased with the people I interacted with and the ease with which I got in and out. :-) More

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and I have always had them serviced here. The salespeople are fair and accommodating and Tim O and Shawn P in the service dept as well as all of the porters ar always had them serviced here.
