The dealership itself was obviously all first class as you would expect. The staff however, was a true step above. It starts with a warm greeting at the information counter, and ends at the finance office, which is frequently a cold dark place, but not at Mercedes-Benz of Delray, it was an absolute pleasure interacting with Mrs. Evelyn Clark as she took us thru the entire process explaining everything with great detail, and answering all of our questions. This leaves us with Mr. Michael Luciano, the Internet Sales Manager. Where to begin. This gentleman is the proverbial "straight shooter" with a refreshing down to earth approach that is also rarely seen in todays competitive environment. Trust me, if you're seriously looking for a new or used Mercedes Benz do not hesitate or waste your energy, just call Michael and save yourself a whole lot of time and anguish. More
